Since the early 1950s, concerned organizations have published reports on the health and social welfare of Cincinnati’s Appalachian community. These reports have helped give voice to community needs. They have been used to establish programs such as community centers, G.E.D. programs, health clinics, schools (such as Oyler), and parks and playgrounds for our families and children.  

We are asking you to help keep this tradition alive by taking a few minutes to fill out and submit the two surveys below. As with past studies, your response will lead to actions to improve the health of our neighborhoods.
