Bio

From abstract to Americana I strive to invoke a sense of intimacy and place within the mind of the viewer while still leaving my work open to the viewer’s interpretation. I enjoy using bright, primary colors that radiate liveliness in many of my pieces. In others the mystery of the paint blending producing an explosion of color is my reward.

Born and raised in Ironton (southeastern) Ohio. I am proud of my Appalachian roots which have formed who I am today.
