We help people transform their dreams into reality, mostly with thoughtful planning, code, and user experience design. We're specialists in creative solutions to complex problems, whether it's a new product, automating an existing process, or a system that needs modernization. To achieve our clients' goals, we create websites, mobile apps, desktop apps, and other supporting products. We provide support, counsel, and training to our clients to help them after launch as well. By creating and constantly improving a collaborative learning environment, we improve ourselves, our clients, and our community.

The families of co-founders Troy Davis and Adam Koehler came to Cincinnati during the Great Migration. They created Lampros Labs to provide an opportunity for people in our area seeking a better life through their work in technology. Numerous people of Appalachian descent have honed their skills at Lampros Labs since its founding in 2014, along with many others from every walk of life. And of course many of our clients are of Appalachian descent. We strive to make Lampros Labs a pathway to economic success and aspirational success for our clients and employees. Lampros Labs is also proud to work with the UACC as a collaborative vendor, bringing advanced technical capabilities to the Appalachian community in our area.
